Receiving of goods from ABRADOX EUROPE OU to the buyer's warehouse.
If there are signs of damage to the packaging (boxes, cartons, pallets or protective covering of the cargo), if there is a suspicion of the loss of part of the cargo, or the arrival of extraneous cargo:
- Take a picture of the received cargo, the condition and type of packaging, all places
- Take a picture of the contents of the boxes or pallets so that the contents and composition of the cargo space can be seen,
- If you think that some product is not complete, then be sure to attach a photo of this product.
- Make an act in which you must specify the place of receiving of the goods and the name of the carrier from which you received the goods.
Attach photos in high resolution according to the list of documents above. Send your request to : [email protected]. Attach photos and a scan of the act to the mail.
